我的左肩痛了五個多月,剛開始只有在左手往後時才會感到痛,心想休息一下應該就會好,症狀稍微緩和時我就努力做一些肩部肌肉強化運動,沒想到不但沒有緩解,反而痛的範圍越來越廣,一個月前開始連穿脫套頭的衣服都痛得呲牙咧嘴,甚至右肩也開始有點狀況,在畫畫時手抬高都會酸麻,我只好趕快掛復...
For now my blog is only written in Chinese. It’s much easier for me to write and express my opinions in Chinese. Hopefully my English writing skill will be improved and I’m able to write both in English and Chinese😄.
